The Great Hall
Truly majestic, the extraordinary Great Hall is Highcliffe Castle’s main heritage room. With detailed history of the castle on the walls and the 30ft high Stained Glass Jessie Window, The Great Hall is a remarkable setting for your private dinner or business meeting and can accommodate up to 100 delegates. The Great hall also has private access through the spectacular North Porch. Under floor heating makes this room accessible all year round. Staging is also available on request.
The State Dining Room
The State Dining Room is the Castle’s predominant function room. Its full length windows boast spectacular views across the grounds, sea and The Isle of Wight. Situated on the raised ground floor with disabled access, The State Dining Room can accommodate up to 80 delegates for meetings or private dinners. The un-restored exposed brick walls and adjustable lighting create a truly striking setting. The room has black out blinds incorporating a projection screen. Under-floor heating makes this a perfect location all year round.
The Drawing Room
The Drawing Room with its marble door frame is a versatile room suitable for up to 60 delegates. The exposed brick walls, original baby grand piano*, and full length windows make the Drawing Room a fabulous room. As well as spectacular views, the Drawing Room has black out blinds and a projection screen. *Please note the baby grand piano in the Drawing Room is not available to play.
The Wintergarden is a light and airy conservatory-style room with theatre style seating for up to 100 delegates and a private entrance. This room boasts stunning views over the grounds and the tranquil effect acquired when a room is flooded with natural light, making it the perfect setting for your presentation or training. The baby grand piano at the back of the room is available for you to play.
Access to the grounds and beach make Highcliffe Castle an excellent location for team building and exploration. Woodland walks, outstanding view points and excellent picnic sites make the grounds very popular.
