Each year the Castle hosts an exciting programme of events that offers something for all tastes. Castle State Room events include live music, creative fairs and evening performances. Whereas outdoor highlights include open air theatre suitable for families, plus big band jazz and swing concerts for all on the lawns.

The play presented by Heartbreak production tells the story of Stella Saxby, who is tormented by her awful Aunt Alberta and her giant owl. The dastardly duo will stop at nothing to take her inheritance from her. This performance takes place on the Castle lawns, so bring a picnic and something to sit on.
