Weddings at Highcliffe Castle

Our History

Built in the 1830s, Highcliffe Castle is the vision of the rather extravagant Lord Stuart de Rothesay. Created with entertainment in mind, the Castle has been home to a number of royal and notable guests over the years. Having withstood two fires in the 1960s, Highcliffe Castle has risen like a phoenix to become the treasured building it is today.

Our Location

Rising majestically from its cliff top location overlooking Christchurch Bay and the Isle of Wight, Highcliffe Castle is conveniently located close to the local towns of Christchurch and Bournemouth, whilst its setting ensures you are transported to a rare spot which is both peaceful and picturesque.

Why choose the Castle?

As you can see Highcliffe Castle is a special building and has a stunning coastal location nestled amongst a tranquil nature reserve. By choosing the Castle for your wedding, you will be able to create your own unique story, which will be treasured for years to come.
