Highcliffe Castle Weddings is looking for suppliers to help us showcase our beautiful venue on Friday 1 and Saturday 2 November 2024.

This is an opportunity to showcase your business within the Castle and gain a large amount of exposure. We are predicting footfall of around 300 couples, yet to book and with existing bookings both at the Castle and other venues around Dorset and the UK.

We have opportunities available for Florists, Room Stylists, Musicians, Photographers, Videographers, Photobooth Operators and other suppliers. Further information can be found in the documents attached to this page.

All the proposals will be reviewed by the team and opportunities will be awarded to the highest scoring proposal. Applicants are welcome to apply for multiple opportunities. The team will endeavour to reply to all proposals by 3 July 2024

Want your flyer in our goody bags?

We’re offering a limited number of spots for suppliers to showcase their business by including flyers in our goody bags. Each flyer will be A5 in size, with a charge of £25.00 covering printing costs.

Either provide us with your own design, or we can create one for you.
