We currently run 2 Yoga programmes at the Castle aimed at a variety of abilities.
Get Loose Yoga
A gentle yoga class. Focusing on self-awareness and mindfulness. Using a somatic approach of viewing ourselves from the inside looking out. Beginning to understand and listen to our own bodies. Generate an awareness of how you move, how you position your body, how you breathe and how you feel throughout your whole being. Become your own yoga teacher. Listen to your body and help it learn.
6.00-7.30pm “Everyone is welcome” class
9.30-10.30pm Beginners class
Lindsay Coyle Yoga
Lindsay runs her session once a week in the beautiful surroundings of the state Dining Room. Her classes are aimed at people with varying ability providing a unique experience to each attendee.
All abilities welcome
