We understand that organising a Celebration of Life can be a daunting and upsetting time. Our experienced team are on hand to support and guide you through the process. We can offer a discreet service to discuss the options, layout and personal touches that you may require.
Venue Hire includes:
- Dedicated Functions Manager
- Up to 60 guests
- 30 Parking Permits
- Level access
- Catering and refreshments
- Sound bar for background music
- Personalised welcome sign
- Hire available between 9am-5pm


The State Dining Room offers a beautiful backdrop to mourn the loss of a loved one and to celebrate their life. Whether it’s a simple buffet option or a full afternoon tea, our peaceful surroundings will provide a calming setting to reflect with friends and family.
We can provide the perfect function room to share your memories. The State Dining Room can accommodate up to 60 guests. If you require a larger space, please speak to a member of the team.
Our personal service can include fresh seasonal flower posies for the tables, sourced from the Castles grounds.
