We understand that organising a Celebration of Life can be a daunting and upsetting time. Our experienced team are on hand to support and guide you through the process. We can offer a discreet service to discuss the options, layout and personal touches that you may require.
Venue Hire includes:
- Dedicated Functions Manager
- Up to 60 guests
- 30 Parking Permits
- Level access
- Catering and refreshments
- Sound bar for background music
- Personalised welcome sign
- Hire available between 9am-5pm
State Dining Room Hire
- Exclusive use of the State Dining Room for 2 hours £600.00
- Additional room hire per hour £175.00
The State Dining Room offers a beautiful backdrop to mourn the loss of a loved one and to celebrate their life. Whether it’s a simple buffet option or a full afternoon tea, our peaceful surroundings will provide a calming setting to reflect with friends and family.
We can provide the perfect function room to share your memories. The State Dining Room can accommodate up to 60 guests. If you require a larger space, please speak to a member of the team.

Light Bites Afternoon Tea – £24.95 per person
- A selection of finger sandwiches made with locally sourced bread
- A selection of mini sausage rolls and mini filled quiche
- Sea salt crisps
- A selection of cakes

Cold Buffet Selection – £26.95 per person
- Cajun chicken skewers with red pepper sauce
- Chargrilled roasted vegetable skewers with red pepper sauce
- Pork & thyme sausage rolls on a bed of crisp salad
- Roast mushroom & Stilton quiche
- Grilled chicken Caesar salad
- Garlic-roasted new potatoes with house dressing and dill oil
- Pesto pasta with Mediterranean vegetables and crispy rocket
- Crisps

What a fantastic venue for a 'celebration of life' for our late Mum. The staff were incredibly attentive and supportive... Nothing was too much trouble. In short...
