Jane Arnold comes to the Castle with this fascinating talk.

About Jane
I was originally an Antique Bookseller selling old, rare and specialist books. My interests seem to have expanded and so now as well as many beloved books (cookery, gardening, natural history, literature, poetry, local history and social history, the Arts and architecture, children’s and illustrated books) I have an eclectic stock which includes: kitchenalia, especially jugs, Antique prints and maps, satin quilts, linens and old lace and all manner of quirky things I have found treasure hunting throughout England and France.

Diced calf and Deckle edges – My life as an Antiquarian Bookseller
Definitely not a dry and dusty subject, despite the condition of my books! As I tell of my unusual career I will show you an eclectic selection of rare and unusual books and share with you the magic and passion that books inspire.
